液壓控制 清腔方便
配備液壓油(you)站,保(bao)證機(ji)(ji)器(qi)潤滑(hua)系統為(wei)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)需潤滑(hua)部件供(gong)油(you),為(wei)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)安全(quan)作業提供(gong)保(bao)障(zhang)。同時(shi),如果破碎(sui)機(ji)(ji)在負荷狀態下停(ting)機(ji)(ji),液壓清腔系統可迅速清理(li)破碎(sui)腔,大大減少了停(ting)機(ji)(ji)時(shi)間(jian)。
楔塊裝置 調節快捷
采用楔(xie)塊排料口調節系統,是機器即使在空轉情(qing)況(kuang)下也可以再幾分鐘之內把排料口挑到預定(ding)值,在液壓系統配合(he)下,實現(xian)自動(dong)化,比(bi)老(lao)式的墊片式排料口調節系統更(geng)簡單、安全、快捷。
工作原理
電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)皮帶和皮帶輪,通過偏心(xin)軸使(shi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)前后上(shang)下擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),當動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)板向定(ding)鄂(e)(e)板運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi),物(wu)料被壓 碎或劈(pi)碎。當動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)和動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)板在偏心(xin)軸、彈簧(huang)的作用下后退時(shi),先前已(yi)被壓碎或劈(pi)碎的物(wu)料從(cong)鄂(e)(e)板的下部排(pai)料口(kou)排(pai)出。隨著電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)連續(xu)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而破碎機(ji)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鄂(e)(e)作周期性(xing)地(di)壓 碎和排(pai)泄物(wu)料,實現批量生產(chan)。
